@geniusparadox Manyata, Bharatiya City & the new Embassy one near Sadahalli cross. But offices are only IT. But not big township. No one has capital enough to build like BDA or KIADB.

Can someone pitch the startup idea of building townships? Well planned and privately well managed layouts and spaces for residences, offices, factories with schools, colleges, hospitals and everything else included. People today will pay top dollar for space in such a private township.

@guru3ti Malenadu cancer is due to pesticides. Too much of pesticides have seeped into ground water. Opposing new nuclear plants is fine, but claiming nuclear radiation without evidence is wild. Geiger meter are available on online, easy to confirm.

@guru3ti @Tejasvi_Surya @AshwiniVaishnaw @PCMohanMP Chennai’s HSR station is near Chennai Central railway station too. While in BLR they oddly end at Byappanhalli. KA has no proper leaders who can demand right stuff. We are always at mercy of bad planners

Look closely Hyd&Chennai HSR alignments literally pass through their airports, whereas for Bengaluru it’s just“near airport.” @Tejasvi_Surya @AshwiniVaishnaw @PCMohanMP for god’s sake, stop giving Ben step mother treatment. This is poor planning even within Bengaluru city limits

@Lyfofpai88 @shivram1150 @IndianTechGuide Tumkur road is highway. Highways of course are different & flyovers are needed there. Most obviously Gorguntepalya needs the most. But govt is not focusing there. Within cities badly planned flyovers do more harm than good.

@shivram1150 @IndianTechGuide So ? Ignore the roads ? Tumkur road connects 23 districts has metro , has railway connectivity has it reduced the bottlenecks or incoming road traffic ? Just using public transport as an excuse is nit good enough for a city like Bangalore both are required

Before I log off let me say If @narendramodi loses 2029 (gets less than majority) It’s over for India. And no - coalition govt is also bad. A fresh new burst of nationalism and radical economic liberalisation are needed as soon as possible.

Why do good no of Kannadigas criticise Rameshwaram Cafe? If you don't like the taste, don't go, pretty simple. There are N no of options You want people of Karnataka to grow in business but also want to poke opinions unnecessarily. It's just counterproductive and hypocritical.

On the birth anniversary of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule, paying tributes to a visionary social reformer who dedicated his life to the ideals of equality, justice and education. He was also a pioneer in championing the rights of women and the marginalised. Through his efforts, education became a powerful instrument of empowerment. This year, we mark the start of his 200th birth anniversary celebrations. May his thoughts continue to guide everyone in the pursuit of societal progress.

@ashwinmahesh @bengawalk This is a problem across entire city. If disjointed sub arterial & inner roads are connected, with uniform width, load on main road reduce. Most of BLRs traffic is from heavy reliance on main arterial roads while inner roads are under utilised.

The term 'complete streets' is gaining traction in some cities as they prepare to redo everything - footpaths, utilities, road surface, bus stops, parking, etc. - in an integrated way. That will help. But this also needs to be done at a 'network' level, with multiple streets in an area facilitating a lot of local mobility on arterials, so that people don't end up driving thru residential streets as alternatives to main roads. Between Bannerghatta and Kanakapura Roads and ORR (shown in red), for example, we need a complete network grid - something like the attached image. Many of these roads are partially widened, partially divided, and so on. As a result of their non-uniformity, they don't serve a proper arterial function, and people drive through many other roads too rather than use these primarily. By identifying such grids and completing them we can dramatically improve the traffic situation. @comm_blr_south @basavarajkabade

@AndColorPockeT Exactly! They are fighting on multiple fronts, without bending to stronger enemies. Even Ayotallah chose to die to Iran, than run & hide other countries. Netanyahu quickly went into hiding. Even from Indian angle, Israel has been a saboteur, while Iran has not harmed us.

I wonder what’s happening in Kammanhalli right now. Back in 2014-19 when I lived in Kalyan Nagar, Iranians and Africans used to fight with full blood on their hands near Empire hotel signal. While I was sitting in my room with UB Strong watching all this unfold from a window.

@Preetam_M_Rao India is sovereign only on paper. It’s more of unofficial vassal state to US. How else would you explain India not having capital for projects like Jet engine, ballistic missiles. If US gives Visa, every 🐒 in govt, bureaucracy & judiciary will sell the country.

Krishna@GkbDarkKnight

@gemsofbabus_ Horrible state. If you track the news from MP its always negative & bad. It seems worse than Bihar or Jharkhand. But their clever PR covers it up, & yes they had horrible leaders - shivraj mama, Digvijay singh etc.

For me, the most shocking thing about Madhya Pradesh is that it shut down its state-run bus service back in 2005 and never re-started it. Imagine being such a large state and not having a public bus service.

The #PRR1 is going to be a signal free road with no direct intersection of the road by cross roads. It will be tolled road with 8 express lanes. Vehicles can join the express lanes through service roads only at the interchanges. The 73 KM long road will have 10 Interchanges, most of which are clover leaf inter-changes. Here I share the images of the 5 interchanges in serial order from Madavara near Nelamangala to Ballari Road of Package 1.
