@DrSnowInBus @ABsteward the answer here is that periop antibiotic use matters to SSI risk. @ericashenoy and I showed that there was a 50% increased SSI risk for PCN allergy labeled vs not all due to periop antibiotic choice: academic.oup.com/cid/article/66…
