One thing I’ve learned in life that has been insurmountable to changing my outlook and success: Talking about your problems and always thinking (obsessing) about your problems multiply your problems. Problems (Chuck Norris quote) are largely things you either aren’t addressing or largely can’t influence. So either address them, or stop worrying about them. I know this is an over simplification and doesn’t work for everything and there are legitimate problems to be concerned with and worry about / but are all of them? Not diminishing people’s problems - they are real and I wish I could solve all of them for everyone. I’m just pointing out what has worked for me is not worrying about the things I cannot control, tackling problems head on that I can and not procrastinating, and not letting little problems or problems that don’t involve me or that I can’t change ever bother me. This creates a lessened problem effect thus shrinking problems in life.
