@SunwingVacay bring us home 9 days unacceptable no communication. Doors actually locked in our faces. No way home!

@SunwingVacay This is not true and a lie we had to find our own way home, pay for our own food and hotels. And also find medication both in Mexico and Canada for people in our group…. Oh and still no communication with Sunwing if anyone talks to them, tell them we are home now !

Our teams have worked around the clock to return customers home, while providing those in destination with hotel rooms, food, beverages & airport transfers, regardless of the reason for the delay.

This is really happening. @SunwingVacay didn’t expect us!! They had 19 seats home from #yyc to #yqr tomorrow morning. Glad the 10 YYC passengers made it to their home city while the 100+ Sk residents sit in the customs baggage area #sunwingairlines

Having lost any faith in Sunwing, we paid out of pocket for a WestJet flight this morning. Also worth noting the cost of the WestJet flight was very high, in my opinion. Possibly gouging

Due to weather-related flight cancellations and delays from Western Canada, we continue to experience delays for a number of northbound return flights.

@PremierScottMoe We were “emergency” returned to Calgary on a flight they did not know there were any Sask residents on turns out there were 136 Sunwing locked their door in Calgary and refused to talk to us. Stuck here no way home trying to rent vehicles #sunwing to ad context were to be home 23
