Alex Pretti was a 37-year-old ICU nurse in Minneapolis, fatally shot by federal Border Patrol agents on January 24, 2026. He was reportedly trying to help an injured person during an ICE operation. His death came just weeks after the shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent in the same city on January 7.
