The Wagners say that the viral video seen below doesn't show the full context of what happened leading up to the incident in Shakopee, Minnesota. The couple says *they* were the ones who were racially targeted by the Somali family. "This is a situation where a provocateur is capitalizing on political tensions to play the victim, rather than the primary aggressor," a statement from the Wagners' lawyer, Seidlich Law, said.
