a customer typing "sharp knee pain can't walk 2 weeks before boston marathon" into Google at 2am will pay literally ANYTHING
that's not a search. that's a man watching his identity die
here's how to find infinite money:
stop bidding on "running shoes" (that's browsing)
stop bidding on "shoes for bad knees" (that's shopping)
start bidding on "burning knee pain destroying my marathon training help" (that's desperation)
the person typing that will pay $500 for insoles without blinking. because it's not about insoles. it's about saving their identity as a runner
found these ATM machines:
"stabbing heel pain can barely walk mornings" → $847 insoles at 43% conversion
"lower back spasms can't pick up baby" → $1,200 chair at 31% conversion
"tmj jaw pain can't eat solid food 3 weeks" → $389 device at 52% conversion
these aren't customers. they're patients in your emergency room
tested $2.3M on this. bleeding neck keywords convert at 8-12x normal keywords. CPA higher but LTV is infinite because desperation has no budget
your competitors are fishing in the "interested" pool. I'm fishing in the "my life is falling apart" pool
that's where unlimited money lives
dm me "setup" and i'll setup your google ads with the same method that made me over $10M

spent $50k on market research firms
learned nothing
spent 30 minutes on Reddit
found a $3M opportunity
here's the framework that changed everything:
market research firms watch the hands
I watch the eyes
let me explain:
hired McKinsey consultants (don't ask the price)
they gave me:
- 143-page PDF
- competitor analysis
- TAM calculations
- pretty graphs
useless
then I found a Reddit thread:
"[Brand name] ruined my wedding"
23 comments of pure rage
actual customers
actual RAGE
actual language
that thread made me $3M
here's the system:
Step 1: Find the pain forums
- Reddit: [your niche] + "ruined"
- Reddit: [competitor] + "sucks"
- Amazon: filter 1-star reviews
- TrustPilot: sort by recent + negative
Step 2: Copy their exact words
customer says: "arrived 3 weeks late for my event"
your ad: "guaranteed delivery for your event"
customer says: "customer service is useless"
your ad: "real humans answer in 10 minutes"
customer says: "broke after 2 uses"
your ad: "lifetime warranty, no questions"
you're not creating messaging
you're stealing it from their pain
Step 3: Build the opposite business
every complaint is a blueprint
every frustration is a feature
every bad review is an opportunity
example from skincare niche:
top complaint: "made me break out worse"
our angle: "won't cause purging, guaranteed"
result: $400k first month
top complaint: "took 3 months to see results"
our angle: "visible results in 14 days or refund"
result: $630k second month
top complaint: "impossible to cancel subscription"
our angle: "cancel in one click, no questions"
result: 65% subscription retention
your competitors pay for focus groups
to hear what people want to hear
I read rage posts for free
to hear what people actually feel
the difference:
focus group: "I'd like better packaging"
Reddit post: "THE PACKAGING IS FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN"
which one tells you more?
applied this to my products:
Google Ads keywords from Reddit pain:
- "ring light that won't break"
- "yoga mat that doesn't smell"
- "protein powder that actually dissolves"
conversion rates:
- normal keywords: 2.1%
- Reddit pain keywords: 8.7%
4x conversion
same traffic cost
pure profit
your market research is asking wrong questions
"what would you like?"
"how can we improve?"
Reddit already has the answers:
"this is what I fucking hate"
"this is why I'm furious"
"this is why I'll never buy again"
that's not feedback
that's a business plan
competition is surveying customers
I'm reading their therapy sessions
guess who understands the market better??
dm me “6 figures” and i’ll show you how you can make 6 figures this Q4 with google ads (Must be running a brand already)
