@AGOWA Washington state gov is on the wrong side of this issue, like they are on so many issues. Losing millions of our tax dollars when families sue is what happened with CHOP and annually with DCYF. Unbelievable.

Surprising amount of charity is of this kind. My ex, Tess, and I used to give to Koala Rescue. Years later, I found that they just sort of assign you a random ~bear that lives outdoors. Hundreds of people have the same one. Your money doesn't buy it food (they only eat one thing), but rather goes to support various green causes. Etc.

This man is not to be trusted. Ask him. Why is this his mandate when fraud is currently the biggest concern. What percentage of increased home costs are taxes and green restrictions? What percentage of homes over all are corporate owned? What exactly has he done about working for us? Encouraged the military to revolt in a carefully worded ambiguous ego driven video? Spare me.

It’s becoming far too common for corporate landlords to buy up single-family homes by the thousands, pricing out hardworking people from owning a home. We’ve got to crack down on these predatory practices and build more housing.

A woman hadn’t left her box truck in over 3 years. Her garbage and human waste buckets were no longer being slipped through her door for her homeless neighbor to collect and dispose. He asked me for help. After she refused all services, we called for a wellness check today. First time in 5+ years I’ve seen someone with severe mental illness taken against their will. Just met a woman who hasn’t stepped out of her car in over a year. Her partner (who has an apartment nearby) brings her food and takes out her waste daily. The car is sealed with garbage bags, covered in black mold, moss, and rot and the smell is overwhelming. She says she’s “fine” and likes being alone, but also told me she can’t walk and that her partner hurts her emotionally. Very concerning situation. Today we’re doing a police-assisted welfare check, just like we did for the box truck lady who’s now in the hospital. Hoping she gets the help she needs. ❤️
