@KenLin1985 Love this approach. Sometimes the domain tells you what to build, not the other way around. Proof that a portfolio isn't just assets — it's a backlog of future projects waiting for the right moment.

Yesterday, while organizing my domain portfolio, I found a domain I have owned for more than 20 years: eWorm.com The funny thing is, in all these years, I don’t think I have ever received a single offer or inquiry for it. So I was asking myself: should I keep renewing this domain, or should I finally just let it drop? Then I suddenly had an idea. What if “eWorm” could mean “Eating Worm”? A little worm that keeps eating things. That sounded like it could become a fun web game, something similar to Snake, but with a cute worm theme. And since Fable 5 finally came back and became usable again, I spent around 5 hours turning the idea into a real game. So now eWorm․com is live. This is what I love about domain driven development. Sometimes a domain sits quietly in your portfolio for 20 years doing absolutely nothing, and then one random idea suddenly gives it a new life. I have been building games like crazy recently. Actually, eWorm was not even the only game I launched today. Earlier today, I also launched HasamiShogi.com, a simple Japanese board game that is very popular among elementary school kids in Japan. The rules are very easy: You capture your opponent’s pieces by trapping them between two of your own pieces, either horizontally or vertically. That’s basically it. Capture more pieces than your opponent and you win. Two very different games launched in one day: eWorm.com HasamiShogi.com Come try them out and let me know what you think.

💡 Today’s Domaining Tip 💡 Before sending outbound emails, make sure your domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured correctly. Even the best domain pitch won’t get seen if it lands in the spam folder. A few extra steps can dramatically improve deliverability: ✅ Use a professional email address on your domain ✅ Personalize every email ✅ Keep your message short and relevant ✅ Avoid spammy words and excessive links ✅ Start with low sending volumes on new domains Remember: Inbox placement is just as important as the quality of your domain names. Technical must do: Every domain used for outbound should have: ✅ SPF : tells email providers which servers are allowed to send emails for your domain. Example: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all ✅ DKIM : adds a digital signature proving the email was sent by your domain and wasn’t altered. Example: google._domainkey.yourdomain.com → (DKIM key provided by your email provider) ✅ DMARC : tells receiving mail servers what to do if SPF or DKIM checks fail. Beginner-friendly DMARC record: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.com Once everything is working correctly, you can strengthen it to: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:you@yourdomain.com You can have the perfect domain and the perfect pitch, but if SPF, DKIM, and DMARC aren’t configured correctly, your buyer may never see your email.

Still looking for quality Atom Premium domains. DM me with the domain name and your asking price. I'm primarily interested in: • Strong two-word .coms • Brandable keywords + "vio, ly, ovo etc" combinations (e.g., KeywordVio.com) Quality only, please.

I SELL DOMAIN NAMES
I SELL DOMAIN NAMES@predictol·
Atom.com (@atomHQ) feels like a graveyard for premium domain names. Even strong .coms sit there with almost zero visibility, no real buyer flow, and weak discovery unless you bring your own audience. Premium names get listed… then basically disappear. No meaningful exposure. No consistent demand signal. No real marketplace energy. And for sellers trying to maximize distribution, it’s frustrating that there’s still no strong multi-market reach or seamless ecosystem integration like you’d expect from a serious liquidity-driven platform. At that point, even great domains end up underperforming just because they’re buried. Premium domains shouldn’t be invisible assets. #domainnames #domainnameforsale #dnrater #dn #domains #dotcom

Domain "gurus" teaching you to flip for $50K sales are selling fantasy. The real money is 50 flips at $1K — not 1 flip at $50K. Velocity beats home runs every time. Right ?

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯 One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently. If you're an agency running SEO for 5+ DTC clients and every Monday looks the same — open 5 Ahrefs tabs, export 5 CSVs, paste into 5 Google Docs, brief the writer, hope the content actually ranks, repeat next month... This agent runs the entire loop for you: → Connects to Google Search Console and pulls real ranking data per client → Finds the "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5-20, one article away from page 1 → Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking each client and breaks down exactly why → Interviews the brand once about customers and positioning — then never asks again → Writes content in each client's voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days → Tracks rankings weekly per client and feeds what's working back into the next cycle → Optimizes product listings for AI shopping — so clients show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation No $200/month tools per client your team barely opens. No freelancers writing content that sounds like every other brand. No client check-ins where you have nothing new to report. What you get: → Keyword cards per client with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity → A competitive breakdown — who's beating each client and the exact fix → A weekly content plan generated from real GSC data, scoped per client → A brand voice profile per client Claude uses for every article it writes → Product listing optimization for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console. I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "SEO" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

After shipping 250+ apps and making $3M+ with AI, I built a course for @lovable apps—and I'm giving it away. In the past two years, we cracked the code to building apps with AI. Refining our process as the tools got better. I've distilled everything into this single document. Comment "Build" and drop a follow. I'll DM it to you. P.S. This will likely blow up, so give me some time to reply.

Sold on @afternic. Hold time was 7 months. Buyer first made an offer on Spaceship. After I countered, they made the same offer on Afternic. Broker took over and got them up to the price I was willing to sell for.
