When you Inherit property from a deceased estate, and say those properties have been grandfathered, the Government has NOT confirmed as of this point if the Grandfathering can be continued when the assets move into your name, or if the Grandfathering will cease. Ironically, the New CGT changes on those properties have yet to be clarified if these will grandfather through as per previous arranges and the new CGT amount only applies on the value determined at time of inheritance as it grows beyond, or if the previous CGT tax concession continues. @QBCCIntegrity One national cannot form government on their own. They will have to form a coalition with the liberals. Even then it is huge risk putting one nation anywhere near government when you hear their polices with no plan on how fund them. They could end up being labor lite.
