@GWRHelp Honestly this is illegal - I do not have a reference I have dm’d what I have - I do not have to request you have a legal obligation to issue one - do not make you problem my problem - and answer then question have you advised the regulator and HMRC

If you let us know your booking reference, we will be happy to issue you with one. @GWRHelp You have all my details I booked on your app I don’t have time for this - I can’t give you details as you didn’t issue them - that is the issue - so have you reported this to the regulator and @HMRCpressoffice as this is a legal requirement for all companies @BBCBreaking

@wesstreeting Why not give them what they want and bring their pensions inline with the private sector - it is that simple and save the country billions - surely they don’t expect a huge busting inflation pay rise again and pensions numerous times larger than the rest of us ?

@CrossCountryUK so as usual the 21.03 cancelled but I cannot use other train companies to get home as my ticket is not valid even though my train is cancelled - so will be left abandoned at Oxford and kicked out the station as per last time @OllyGloverLD paying tax for this
