PSA I would like to apologize for the confusion over the last two days. I am not at HQ this week, and I am barely online, which makes coordination with my team difficult. The MK4 listing in the e-shop had accidentally shown a 1kg spool of filament being bundled with the kit, which was a piece of information transferred from the assembled version. A spool of filament has not been included with MK3 kits for quite some time already, and we did it to keep the price point of the kits - we manufacture them in Prague and production costs in the EU are not going down just yet. The first reaction was to delete this information from the listing. Our support team confirmed in chats during the night that everybody who placed their order before the change of product description will receive the free spool. But unfortunately, we didn't communicate this publicly. When I realized that, I decided to bundle a free spool of Prusament Galaxy Black with every MK4 kit you order before the end of May 2023 as a thank-you for pre-ordering. The end of May is the latest estimated start of shipping for the MK4 kits. After that, we will replace the spool with 50 grams of Prusament samples as originally intended. Once again sorry for the confusion! Happy printing!
