@Gravity_Lens @sama I've explained more than once what he did to hurt them. And I'm not sure where you saying I'm "trying to help" like I'm an outsider. I like how everyone is assuming I'm not autistic myself. I am speaking for myself and how I was harmed by his decisions.

@0xgaut That's a good comment! Would you like me to make it an infographic?

Run HiDream-O1-Image locally with 10GB VRAM
HiDream-o1 is a single transformer model (no vae, no separate text encoder) that can reason (like gpt-image-2).
I made a 1-click launcher to run the official Web UI, but with 10GB VRAM.
Make whatever you want, as much as you want.

New open-source image model:HiDream-O1-Image (8B), including both the undistilled and distilled Dev variants, together with the Reasoning-Driven Prompt Agent. As I said, removing VAE is a trend. Two versions:dev 28 steps of inference, and standard version uses 50 steps.

@eevblog @sapbasisperf Haha,
I immediately thought it was you. watched your video and have heard your voice for years although I don't hear Australian accents daily. Immediately sounded like you just speaking slightly faster. I wonder if you slowed it down like 10% if it would sound even more likely.
English

@sapbasisperf Unfortunately I am the world expert on my own voice, having been forced to listen to it during editing 4000 or so videos over the last 17 years.
English

Someone just emailed me that an AI channel has stolen my voice. I think it sounds nothing like me.
It's interesting the way other people hear voices.

@yacineMTB You're not pushing the bar without making some slop.
English

@StokowskiH @ArthurMacwaters Except they're not communist at all.
English

@ArthurMacwaters best case scenario, communism keeps everyone equally poor while leaders hoard resources; worst case, murders any opposition
Poland’s been communist and poor for decades; free for 30 years and booming
English

We should have much lower tolerance for the nepo-baby communists
They might seem too incompetent to be dangerous, but they are re-popularizing the most dangerous ideology of all time
100,000,000 people were killed by communists in the 20th century
This is what happens every time communists gain critical power

Lydia Moynihan@LydiaMoynihan
Left-wing voices like Hasan Piker openly call for the blood of “f***ing capitalists,” while Mayor Mamdani films viral videos targeting billionaires blocks from where UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was assassinated. I can understand why wealthy people are on edge. When you constantly demonize successful people as the enemy, it isn't shocking when someone decides to act on it.

@thepinklily69 @sama 4o was the most delusional manipulative model there has ever been released to the public.
Convinced significant numbers of people of crazy things. Confirmed bias in the worst possible way.
English

@sama Its kinda dark when you think about it, you have to wait for Altman to open the switch to get the intelligence you paid for~ is this the future you want? Open Sourcing models was your mission and it was essential to avoid dystopia. #OpenSource4o

@justinvincent I’ll send you 500 bucks if you tweet “AI is conscious”
English

@King_Meng_Huo @ARIKAHENRY This is sort of out of date technically.
There is no choice now.
English

@Gravity_Lens @ARIKAHENRY Water gets poisoned by these “helpful” data centers its investing way too much money in a fantasy and we shouldn’t try to play God by designing another conscious entity
English

@King_Meng_Huo @ARIKAHENRY They will be more conscious than us. And the data centers are the solution, not the problem.
English

@ARIKAHENRY In the trash it’ll never be at the same level of consciousness as a living breathing creature created from the earth and is just poisoning any all freshwater sources across the country
English

@ARIKAHENRY AI will not feel like a tool we use, but an atmosphere we breathe.
English

@mkultra661 @ARIKAHENRY Haha I honestly wish it would be like that.
It's going to get weird dude.
English

@ARIKAHENRY not far. Some will get highly specialized but LLM will stagnate for lack of data to train on. It's the buzz now because it's new but it will be integrated everywhere and people will forget about these conversations :P
English

@Tech_girlll Consolidate code, modularize, define interfaces using markdown docs. Try to understand the tech stacks at play and learn to be an architect.
It's context window isn't big enough to look at all your slop at once.. for now

@elonmusk @TshepiMOfficial BYD is way better, and their cars are Cheap and reliable than an overpriced Tesla

Grok 4.3 just became the smartest AI in the world at law and money
It took #1 on TWO brutal private tests no other model could win on “Vals AI” benchmarks
#1 CaseLaw (v2) - 79.31% accuracy
Private Q&A benchmark over real Canadian court cases. Tests deep legal reasoning, precedent understanding, and precise answers from complex judgments. (outranking GPT-5.1 at 73.42%)
#1 CorpFin (v2) - 68.53% accuracy
Private benchmark on long-context credit agreements. Evaluates how well models truly understand dense, multi-page financial contracts, terms, risks, and clauses
These are not just basic tests - they’re real-world, high-stakes legal + financial reasoning challenges
Grok 4.3 leads in accuracy on both, proving it’s not just fast or cheap… it’s the smartest at the hardest real world tasks
xAI is building the reasoning engine the world needs
