@egoraptor I'd like to see him try and recreate that image WITHOUT using four of the most well-known superheroes in the world.

Like all rules of thumb… a fun lens to look through, but never a hard and fast rule. Consider all of the factors at play. 8bit video game characters were simple because no more detail could be crammed into such a small space. Comic book characters were bright and colorful because of the style of print… Design your characters for your medium and your story, and don’t limit your creativity just because someone says to.

@Wendys It's working now, it's amazing what the power of complaining on Twitter can do. I don't feel bad about reaching out though, the fact that it took so long for it to work is still not good. Others might not be as patient as I am.

Hey @Wendys you gotta fix your app. I can't check out because it keeps saying "an error was detected." And because the app is not working I am now not buying lunch from Wendy's today. Having a broken app costs you business and I know it's not just me that feels that way.

@castrepublic The other weird thing is that two episodes I have downloaded (491 and 492) that for some reason *do* work properly. They had the wrong time issue before, but then at one point they started having the correct time (before this most recent update) and they seek properly.

@Greasy_Green In the past, we fell back to estimate the position inside the podcast file if the file was not seekable. Unfortunately, that fallback method resulted in the incorrect duration time getting reported.

@castrepublic so the correct playtime is showing on the episodes again, but now there's an issue where whenever I press play or try to fast forward or rewind, it jumps back to the beginning. Also I realized it's only happening to old MBMBaM eps. Any idea why that might be?

@castrepublic Oh interesting. So is that something that's fixable or am I just not gonna be able to listen to them anymore? :( It used to work fine before an update in February or maybe January (can't remember when I first noticed issues)

@castrepublic If it helps, it seems that the playback follows the position of the playback bar (whatever it's called). Because the time is so extended, a large portion of the episode will play, but the bar does not move significantly. When you rewind or pause/start it jumps to where the bar is

@Greasy_Green Thanks very much for the bug report. Looks like the duration time was retrieved incorrectly. Will look into it and fix it asap.

@castrepublic having a weird bug where when I play an episode, the episode length jumps to over 3 hours long (the episode s Is no more than an hour). When I pause or rewind it jumps back to a point far earlier. Screenshots of playback screen and before/after I start playing E469

@castrepublic It didn't start happening until the most recent update on Feb 10, 25.2.10R

@myst_island @BuffaloSabres @Lexus I won't discount the work they put in to win, and I'm definitely happy for McLeod for his hatty, but yeah I wish they wouldn't let up on the gas for the third period like they have been doing far too often this season. It didn't cost them for this game, but it has for many others
