I have been critical today of the non-disclosure of $IREN's second Mag7 deal. There is probably a lot of nuance to this, but I still hate it. The convertible note? Well that's probably more difficult to analyze. Typically IREN doesn't "do" much after a convertible note. But a lot of institutional shareholders would love to buy in below $55, as they also loved to buy in at $58-$60 last Friday. Let me be clear: this $2-$2.3B raise doesn't change anything in the thesis of IREN as an investment They were always going to raise money, using all the tools they have. Anthony Lewis would love to introduce ABF, but there are no assets yet to finance. That will change next year. Being vertical integrated comes at a price, we all pay for that, some more than others. Be very careful with short term options. Nobody ever went broke from taking a profit. (h/t @roberto45580514 ) Stay vigilant, there's no crying in the casino. $NBIS is still the worse choice here.

I got into crypto in 2014 when I was first introduced into bitcoin. Rode the wave over the last 10 years but honesty I think crypto is largely finished with. Most industries see it as a joke and 90% of it is nonsense imo
