Most special skill sets that they are recruiting for (not Soldiers as you mention as this is misinformation) doctors, nurses, IT, pilots, etc from our allied nations militaries have to meet 10 years in their military, sign a contract with us for minimum 3 years. If you have done your homework you would know this, but of course you need to spew more misinformation. Most people in this special skillset would not want to lose a pay cut to join our military as we pay less than the civilian world, but some of our Allies Military we pay better, so it is a good incentive to do this.
