JUST IN: Milwaukee officer clings to truck of wanted felon during insane fatal OIS On Milwaukee’s south side, officers and a corrections agent tried to take 35-year-old wanted suspect Jonathan Otto into custody near 12th and Burnham. Otto refused commands to exit his flatbed truck. When an officer attempted to remove him, Otto sped away with the 46-year-old officer still holding onto the driver’s door. Bodycam video shows the officer clinging to the moving vehicle for several blocks while repeatedly ordering Otto to stop and eventually threatening to shoot. Near 15th and Grant, the officer fired, fatally striking Otto. The officer was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and placed on administrative duty. Otto was wanted for new allegations of strangulation and assault charges.

Jose Medina-Medina, the 26-year-old Venezuelan man accused of killing 18-year-old Loyola student Sheridan Gorman in cold blood, was robbed, beaten and shot in the head in 2018 in South America. There’s bullet fragments in his brain and a portion of a skull is missing. He is now developmentally delayed, has the education of a seven-year-old, and can’t read and write. Prosecutors say they have overwhelming evidence of his guilt: video that shows him in a mask, gloves, and dark clothes, hiding behind a lighthouse on Lake Michigan, and shooting Gorman in the back, killing her almost instantly. He had no connection whatsoever to Gorman.

This “doctor” deserves to be famous for the gross negligence she has shown to patients. Dr Windell Boutte practiced aesthetic surgery and dermatology in Lilburn, Georgia. Icilma Cornelius wanted a “glow up” for her wedding. She had Botox and some fillers but was persuaded to have a tummy tuck and lipo by Dr Boutte. Dr Boutte was only certified in dermatology. Not surgery. During the 8 hour operation, Icilma had a heart attack. Not only could Dr Boutte not handle medical emergencies, some of her staff were not even medically qualified and the elevator was too small to take Icilma’s stretcher. The delays resulted in Icilma suffering brain damage. She became completely dependent on her son who was her full time carer until she died 7 years later. This is not the first such case for Dr Boutte, a doctor who has posted videos of herself with medical instruments in hand, dancing around patients on the operating table. She has had 28 medical malpractice lawsuits, a “record” according to her insurance company. She had her license revoked by the medical board in Georgia but it is reported that she moved to Texas and worked at a medical spa, Eden Med Spa under the name Catherine Davis (her middle and maiden names). The spa has now taken her off their books.

On Wednesday night, a young woman went to a Gunna concert at the O2 in London. She felt something oozing down her leg. Behind her, a man had ejaculated onto her. NEW: San Francisco judge Linda Colfax has released a man who fatally assaulted an 84-year-old because the prison sentence would have a "poor impact" on him. 25-year-old Antoine Watson was granted probation just two months after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and assault. Watson violently assaulted Vicha Ratanapakdee in 2021, which resulted in his death just two days later. He was acquitted of first-and second-degree murder charges and instead convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Colfax says Watson being in prison would have a "poor impact" on him and didn't think he should be there because he "expressed remorse," according to the SF Chronicle. Colfax is accused of hiding details from the jury in an apparent effort to help Watson escape prison time. Infuriating and evil.
