@parcelforce just wondering how long the queue is for messages to be responded to? Sent a message two days ago about a package that was apparently delivered a week ago but nobody has gotten back to me yet.

@parcelforce apparently my parcel was delivered last week even though I never received it. Should be easy to find it since the proof of delivery was so good.🤔 To be clear, I didn’t order a pair of pink Crocs!

@CostaCoffee Bathgate store located in Tesco and also the Livingston store located in Next. Neither had real dairy cream and advised they no longer provided it as an option. Strange to hear that they should be and are telling customers something different.

@CostaCoffee why have you stopped using real dairy cream and replaced it with vegan friendly synthetic crap? Surely the customer should be able to choose which type of cream they want on their latte?

@CostaCoffee We have been told by several outlets that they no longer offer proper cream (dairy) and the vegan friendly (non dairy) alternative is the only option. Why is the vegan option not an extra option that can be requested and paid more for? Why are non vegans being penalised??

@GregorJFord Hey Gregor, it depends on which drink you buy as some come with it as standard! You can always request to have our standard dairy cream instead of the vegan whip but just be aware that it may come as an extra cost :) ^Lauren

@Budget @beardntats1 Am also disputing a refuelling charge from my rental at Chicago O’Hare! I had the same issue last year with Avis so tried Budget this year. Same thing again! Since I paid cash and don’t have the receipt they won’t even refund the money they have stolen from me. Total joke!!!!

Getting tired of businesses not giving a crap anymore. First @SouthwestAir is consistently late or delayed and the past 3 @Budget car rentals at ABQ airport keeps charging me for a fuel charge when I turn it in full. The attendant checked and he said it pre-populated. Rip-offs!!

@virginmedia The issue I have is that I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection, so to be told it’s going to take over a week to fix the issue isn’t really acceptable. If I told you I might pay this month but didn’t, and told you I don’t know when I’ll pay would you accept it?

@GregorJFord Sorry you haven't been given any more information about the downtime. An outage can be a damaged cable further up the network. We tend to keep it simple as possible. The terminology can get confusing. ^GT

@virginmedia I’m glad it’s not just me that’s having these intermittent (off more than it’s on) broadband issues but the concerning thing is that it’s not isolated to one area. I was told that you aim to fix it in my area by the 20th June but may be longer! Shocking service!!

@virginmedia But nobody can tell me what the problem is other than “it’s an outage”. What does that even mean?? And how on earth does it take over a week to fix?? And when I asked about cancelling due to not receiving the service I’m paying for I was told I’d need to give 30 days notice!!🤦🏼‍♂️
