The farm murder debate is really strange -Afrikaners obviously care because it affect them, which is fair enough even if it weren't a racialised phenomenon But solutions to rural safety and criminal justice benefit people across the colour line Yet commentators insist we do nothing about the problem, because it affects white people This is strange, because their first response to the usual litany around farm murder stats is to say "it affects everyone" Okay, then why not use this as an opportunity to fix the problem? Afrikaners want better rural safety, this helps all rural communities, and they're keen to work with all their neighbours on this issue, so why not? @ZubyMusic I equate mask wearing to a pacifier. Sometimes you see kids up to 5 years old still walking around sucking on their pacifier. Why? It’s a feel good mechanism. It makes grown ass men and women feel good about themselves even though it has no effect on prohibiting infection.
