@Mike_Sammon I don't think they are interested it's box ticking. We've now just had Home Energy Scotland pull the 0% loan scheme for PV and Storage that's a stupid move

Most of our quotes are around £8,000-£10,000 after the grant. Still too much money for most people so support needs to increase if we are to hit net zero targets, perhaps in more targeted ways.

A heat pump does not cost “tens of thousands of pounds” after the £7,500 grant, unless you’re living in a mansion.

@MCSCertified @OVOEnergy @FullyChargedShw Why do you allow so many incompetent people onto tbe scheme o te ECO side. This is where we see most of the issues. Even when there are issues customers are given the run around and its nobodies fault and nobody wishes to help them.
