@DestinLegarie What's wild is spending so much time catering to a mildly complacent base instead of finding something that will draw new blood into the mix. Catering to "faithful" is why they are where they are. What they love about the new messaging makes it a negative to me... 🤷🏾‍♂️

Dear @PlayStation I'm one of your biggest customers. I've been known to champion your products many times on one of the largest gaming/pop culture podcasts around as well as others. That ended today because it's hard to justify (if true) your new DRM policy which is a spit in the face of your customers. You beat Microsoft on this very issue during the PS4 generation. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I'll be canceling my longstanding PS Plus Premium service moving forward and will be (sadly) moving future game purchases to other consoles and PC. I hope you will reconsider your dystopian business practices which are an absolute disgrace to your loyal fanbase and community.
