i'm doing a lot of things with it and admittedly many of them are things that could be done via claude or claude code or some other more basic AI interface, but here are some specific examples where openclaw was the far better option: 1) i'm building an esports betting model, and one of the things i need to do is scrape the odds from various websites on a daily basis. I tried for ages using claude code to do it and ran into all sorts of issues, couldn't get it working, finally got it kinda-working on just one site but with hallucinated data / poorly scraped data (big issue if you're getting odds you want to bet on!) Asked yoshi (my openclaw bot) and he one-shot it, perfect data from multiple sites, and now i have a job set up so he does it automatically every day 2) working on a website and wanted to get feedback from AI. the other models all said they can't browse the web, and asked me to take a lot of screenshots, and/or copy paste the text. I just sent yoshi a URL and he was able to view the site and give great feedback and suggestions (could probably fix them too but i haven't gotten to that point yet) 3) i asked it to "build me a personal linktree" and it built this in about 90 seconds, it was working, and live on the internet. i need to ask it to change some links but, because it has context and knows me, it did a pretty damn good job and only needs like another minute probably til i could put it in my X bio. claude code / other tools for building website all seem to involve a lot more prompting it's not without flaws (i was tearing my hair out for a lot of today cause yoshi broke down and i had to troubleshoot and re-install and fix things to get it working again), but the improvements of it over any other AI tool i've used are genuinely impressive the convenience of being able to do these things by just texting it on telegram or discord is pretty neat too
