Is it OK to report drivers who use their phones while sitting at traffic lights? It's something @theJeremyVine has done, but a taxi driver and a former Labour MP have taken umbrage with it. The driver claims he was given six points and fined £500. What do you think?

Just heard from a taxi driver how @JeremyVineOn5 cycled up to his cab at a traffic light and filmed him with his camera and then reported him to police. Taxi driver got a 6 points and a 500 pound fine.
