@CooperativeBank do not use this bank. I am the victim of fraud someone taking money from my account. After 30 minutes nobody has answered the phone whilst I wait on hold leaving my account open for the fraudsters to take more. I will be reporting this and going to branch 🖕🏻

@CooperativeBank absolutely fuming. An account I only use for my lottery using my debit card has had £1,834 reference voucher taken from it way out of my spending habit and nobody at the bank is picking up my call! Thanks for an epic Christmas!
