@AlaskaAir Are the flight attendants who serve food required to have a food handler permit? Can you please share how you determined it was safe and hygienic to put dirty coffee mugs in the same rack with & touching clean mugs? Pretty sure this is how I got sick.

@YahooCare Mine says storage is full and I have to free up storage or buy more. It WILL NOT delete emails in trash. It gets stuck at 0% for a long time, then sometimes eventually says they’re deleted, but they’re not. I’m out of time to wait on hold for customer service.

Quality Inn Disaster My gosh! What a nightmare dealing with Quality Inns family of hotels after a very bad experience!!! Customer service was totally unhelpful. What a disappointment!

@ChoiceHotels Specifically what actions have you taken to ensure accurate charges will be communicated to guests and that refund checks will not bounce? Telling me it’s “well-received” is blather.
