Developers dont have to worry about free market competition, they have the corrupt govt paying the rent. Then they donate back

@BuzzPatterson @SteveHiltonx Make it almost impossible to rebuild. The insurance company pays the homeowner for the structure that will not be rebuilt. Government agencies and supported nonprofits purchase the land at fire sale prices. Subsidized housing is built, then converted later to luxury housing.

@BuzzPatterson @SteveHiltonx I sold real estate in the Palisades years ago. It’s some of the most expensive real estate in the country. There is no logical reason for purchasing land at this level for the poors unless you intend some sort of destruction of the community.
