Pathetic experience man @JBLaudio I love your speakers but this one just disappointed me. Can I claim warranty in india? Not even 6 months old and am facing these kinds of issues

@JBLaudio Got JBL Live 650NC from the US around 4 months ago. Facing an issue now. while walking, something inside the right headphone feels loose and moves around. Also, occasionally hearing a weird electric/static shock-like sound while listening to music.

@JBLaudio Ordered a JBL cinema sb 510 from JBL india website. After opening the box I found a dent on the edge of the speaker. Contact the support and they are asking for an unboxing video that I didn’t capture as I wasn’t expecting product to be damaged. Order no: JB-IN00998124

Hey @JBLaudio @Harman! The rubber base of my Charge 5 completely peeled off on its own. No drops, no force. An "outdoor" speaker's glue shouldn't fail just from normal ambient heat in Antalya. Local TR support is unhelpful with manufacturing defects. Need global help! 🔊👇
