Also my low key opinion is because they are more spread out in smaller towns- when they are pissed they aren’t going to make the effort to travel far enough to gather largely in a populated and media covered urban center 🙃

@HOPELEIGHMUSIC correct! gave tenants 2 months notice in sept ‘19, they asked for more time i said ok. they started paying rent late and then stopped pre-corona. then they got a dog. spending time there is miserable. don’t want to evict them so the house being burnt seems ideal.

I have never done anything like this before, but I will never use @Uber again. We scheduled a ride to the airport yesterday and were told it would cost $27-$32. We specifically chose it because it was $2 less than @lyft. I was charged $48. No one is helping. They’re awful.

So many gaps in education, access to purchasing real estate, & investing. much of the white community has built wealth by investing, business ownership and purchasing real estate. Until the black community is able to consistently do this, the gap will remain. Let's address this.
