@HRMjmb @AcePapers96261 @BarneyFlames What he is reasonably complaining about is cases where there is evidence, but judges are supposed to ignore it because someone broke some rules about acquiring it.
Breaking rules should be punished, but not cause evidence obtained to be illegal to use.

Now we just need a system to figure out who's guilty because they usually dont just confess openly. And it'll probably be a pretty complicated system if we actually want to get to the truth. Any ideas?

@BarneyFlames Too much emphasis is placed on the "rule" - allowing evidence, saying certain things in front of the jury, witness questions. It turns the court case into a game.
