At this point, I'm starting to believe that this isn't a traffic or civic discipline issue, and @CPPuneCity @PuneCityTraffic can't do anything about it. Now @MoHFW_INDIA @PHDMahaHealth health ministry must look into it. Pune seems to be grappling from a citywide pandemic which renders the majority of population color blind, especially unable to see red colored lights. The pandemic also affects the sense of direction wherein the majority can't differentiate between the right side and the left side. Hope @CMOMaharashtra declares a health emergency in Pune.

Indian leopards seem to be the most aggressive of the leopard species as they have less food and territory than most other leopard species and they seem to encounter humans more often leading to conflict whether that be killing / consuming pets and the occasional human.
