A U.S. naval drone has washed ashore in Turkey, Turkish outlet SavunmaSanayiST reports. According to the report, the Sierra Nevada-built device lost control during a mission and ended up in a coastal area. It is believed to be a naval drone, likely an experimental development.

In 2002, the US conducted Millennium Challenge, the largest war games in its history. They split soldiers into two teams: 🔵Blue, which was America, and 🔴Red, an unnamed generic Middle Eastern country. The 🔴Red team was led by retired Marine Corps Lieutenant General Paul K. Van Riper. The idea behind the games was to see how, not if, the 🔵Blue team would win. In other words, the 🔴Red team was supposed to lose, but General Van Riper didn’t want to lose. So he played to win. He used asymmetric tactics by doing things like using civilian boats instead of military ones, motorcycle couriers and coded messages in mosque towers because their cell phone networks had been hacked. He launched a massive preemptive strike using a swarm of small boats and cruise missiles, which overwhelmed the 🔵Blue Team’s Aegis defense system. In the simulation, this resulted in the “sinking” of 16 American warships, including an aircraft carrier. The exercise was supposed to take 14 days. Vin Riper and his team won after day one. Understandably, the US military was embarrassed because this was supposed to show off all its superior tactics and cutting edge technologies. So, they restarted the exercise and changed the rules to force everyone to follow a script so that the 🔴red team could not win. The exercise controllers brought the sunken ships back to life, and forced Van Riper to follow a scripted path that ensured a 🔵Blue Team victory. 🔴Red was ordered to turn off certain air defense systems and use regular cellular communications to allow 🔵Blue to destroy them. 🔴Red was also told exactly where to move certain units so 🔵Blue could pretend to find them and neutralise them according to a pre-planned timeline. Most crucially, Van Riper was forbidden from using the swarming tactics that had been so effective in the opening hours. The controllers argued that the reset was necessary because the goal of Millennium Challenge 2002 wasn’t just to see who would win, but to test new Network-Centric Warfare concepts. They felt that if the game ended on Day 2, they wouldn’t get to test the rest of their expensive toys. Van Riper, however, argued that testing those toys in a rigged environment provided a false sense of security. General Van Riper was so angry, he quit the exercise midway and wrote a 21-page recommendation on changes the military had to make to, get around his asymmetric tactics. They ignored the report and said the exercises were a huge success that proved the military doctrine was good. “It was no longer a free-play exercise... it was a scripted exercise. They had a desired outcome, and they were going to get it.” — Lt. Gen. Paul Van Riper 24 years later, maybe Von Riper was onto something.

Multiple sources report that Trump’s Federal Reserve Chair nominee, Kevin Warsh, is included in the Epstein files. It’s essential that the public fully understand the extent of any interactions or relationship he had with Jeffrey Epstein. I’m pushing for answers.

15 years ago today, an unknown 21-year-old from Toronto released 'House of Balloons'—a free mixtape with no press or label attached. The real House of Balloons was a deteriorating party house at 65 Spencer Ave in Toronto, where Abel Tesfaye spent 2010 and 2011. Most of the project was recorded in bedrooms and makeshift studios with producers Doc McKinney and Illangelo. What emerged was R&B warped by darkness and ambition. The blogs moved fast. By the time anyone knew who The Weeknd was, the intrigue had already taken on a life of its own. In 2013, Tesfaye reflected on what separated the project from everything that followed in an interview with Complex: "I just wanted to make the greatest mixtape of all time... 'House of Balloons' is the most important for me because I spent the most time on it. I didn't have a deadline for that. Before 'House of Balloons,' it was all freedom."

The polls tell us that this is the most unpopular war, going in, in American history. The President claims (and at least possibly believes) that it is 100% supported. It’s impossible to overstate how insane this all is.

.@JamesTalarico: Republicans have been attacking me by taking something I say about the border and cutting it off mid-sentence. I have said throughout the whole campaign that our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front AND a lock on the door. You can welcome hardworking immigrants who want to contribute to this country and keep out people who mean to do us harm. Those are not mutually exclusive goals. But the Republicans don't want you to know that those two things are possible. Texans and Americans are looking for leaders who are going to hold two things in their mind at once, being pro-immigrant and pro-security. They want leaders who are going to hold both those values together at the same time.

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen on the internet. Afroman had his house raided by Ohio Adam County deputies… who found absolutely nothing… broke his door, trashed his place, allegedly had $400 go missing… and then they refused to pay for the damages. So, like any reasonable rapper would do… He turned his home security footage into music videos, mocking them. And then, the deputies sued him for FOUR MILLION dollars… because they didn’t like being made fun of. And Afroman’s response? He dropped ANOTHER music video. In his own words: “Unconfidential informant lied to Police to get out of some trouble. Adam County Sherriff officers made a mistake by believing the lie. Raided my house, found nothing, refused to pay for the damages and filed a lawsuit against me, Afroman, for exercising my freedom of speech! This is me holding trial in one song. I hope you enjoy it.” They said his videos “ridiculed” them… so he decided to show them what that actually looks like. And the best part? A jury basically said… yeah… you don’t get to raid someone’s home, end up in their surveillance footage, and then cry because they used it to make fun of you.

According to the State Department's own reporting in their 2022 report on Global Terrorism, state.gov/wp-content/upl… , none of the top ten terrorist groups, ranked by fatalities, were connected to Iran. However, there is evidence that some of them, maybe all of them, have received funding or weapons from Israel or US (USAID, CIA).

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent@SecScottBessent

Iran is the head of the snake for global terrorism, and through President Trump’s Operation Epic Fury, we are winning this critical fight at an even faster pace than anticipated. In response to Iran’s terrorist attacks against global energy infrastructure, the Trump Administration will continue to deploy America’s economic and military might to maximize the flow of energy to the world, strengthen global supply, and seek to ensure market stability. Today, the Department of the Treasury is issuing a narrowly tailored, short-term authorization permitting the sale of Iranian oil currently stranded at sea. At present, sanctioned Iranian oil is being hoarded by China on the cheap. By temporarily unlocking this existing supply for the world, the United States will quickly bring approximately 140 million barrels of oil to global markets, expanding the amount of worldwide energy and helping to relieve the temporary pressures on supply caused by Iran. In essence, we will be using the Iranian barrels against Tehran to keep the price down as we continue Operation Epic Fury. This temporary, short-term authorization is strictly limited to oil that is already in transit and does not allow new purchases or production. Further, Iran will have difficulty accessing any revenue generated and the United States will continue to maintain maximum pressure on Iran and its ability to access the international financial system. So far, the Trump Administration has been working to bring around 440 million additional barrels of oil to the global market, undercutting Iran’s ability to leverage its disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz. President Trump’s pro-energy agenda has driven U.S. oil and gas production to record levels, strengthening energy security and lowering fuel costs. Any short-term disruption now will ultimately translate into longer-term economic gains for Americans – because there is no prosperity without security.
