There is no ‘journalism’ these days . It’s just two sides of the same coin- which one you call is your journalism type - it’s just for or against.
And the sooner people understand this, they will not expect and will align to whichever side they support and appreciate the journalists doing that kind of work. Keep it simple

Journalism’s Biggest Crisis isn’t Political. It is Credibility. And credibility is earned, not demanded. It’s time journalism remembered that too. If younger audiences increasingly find legacy media predictable, partisan or simply disconnected from their lives, advertisers will eventually follow them elsewhere.

At this rate, Air India can also align with the 2047 target. 33000 Cr losses in the last two years, and no visible signs of reversal so far this year! Pak airspace closure and Trump tantrums unlikely to find resolution anytime soon.

Air India loss widens, Tata Sons Chairman, N Chandrasekaran defends the laggard in its portfolio, says,
➡️ “A nation of 1.4 billion people deserves a world-class flag carrier.”
➡️ “Air India’s turnaround was never going to happen overnight.”
❗️Combined net loss of Air India and low-cost subsidiary Air India Express stood at Rs 22,238 crore in FY26, this is almost double the previous year's Rs 10,859 crore.
As the revenue fell for both Air India and low cost Air India Express - Rs 71, 870 crore - Chandra, in the Tata Annual Report , FY 2026 , gave a peep into the thinking guiding Air India’s future course within the Tata think tank.

• Airline transformations take years, not quarters. Fleet, people, systems and culture don’t change overnight.
• Narrowbody cabin refurbishment is complete and receiving strong customer feedback.
• Widebody retrofit is on track for completion by FY28.
• NPS has improved from -35 (FY23) to +42 (June 2026).
• Air India recorded India’s best on-time arrival performance in June 2026.

🚨STATEMENT We are deeply concerned by multiple reports reaching us of students and other protestors being targeted, detained, or arrested by various state agencies, particularly in Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar. The Cockroach Janta Party had called off its nationwide protest only after the Government of India assured us that no punitive action would be taken against any protestor, either now or in the future, in any BJP-ruled or NDA-ruled states. The reports emerging from these states are therefore a matter of grave concern. First, we wish to assure every protestor that our legal team is already coordinating with brilliant lawyers in the concerned states to secure the release of those detained and to extend all possible legal assistance. This has been happening from Day 1. Second, we call upon the Government of India, particularly @JPNadda ji and @DrJitendraSingh ji, to immediately honour the assurance given to us by ensuring the release of those detained and by directing that no coercive or retaliatory action is taken against any protestor anywhere in the country. The FIRs registered ought to be withdrawn too. The Government of India is also reminded of its commitment to furnish us the written guarantee in this regard by tomorrow, Tuesday, 28 July 2026. Our decision to suspend the nationwide protest was taken in good faith and solely on the basis of the government’s assurance that it would stand by its word. Any departure from that assurance would not merely amount to a breach of trust with the Cockroach Janta Party but would also be a breach of public trust with lakhs of young Indians who chose dialogue over protests. Such breach of trust will be completely unacceptable to the youth. The Government of India is reminded that it derives credibility not from just making a promise, but from the promises they honour. To the young protestors we say, hold on. We are with you. The CJP continues to closely monitor the situation and expects the Government of India and all BJP/NDA state governments to act with utmost urgency, responsibility, and good faith that the present circumstances demand. We demand that all detainees/arrestees be released immediately, and in any case by tomorrow, and that all FIRs be withdrawn immediately, failing which we shall take further necessary steps. @Cockroachisback

We are observing a complete breach of the agreement regarding no police action against the protestors. Hundreds of students have been arrested in Bihar and Bengal, and hundreds are being surveilled/harrassed in Delhi and other states. Multiple reports are emerging in Delhi around detention of volunteers supporting protestors with logistics.
We demand that all the FIRs against the protestors be immediately withdrawn, students be released and no future FIRs be filed (in line with our agreement) by Delhi police / Central investigative agencies / Police in BJP-allied states, FAILING WHICH WE WILL BE FORCED TO SIT ON PROTEST AGAIN.
We also demand that the written agreement around legal cases be shared with us by tomorrow, the aligned timelines with the Government of India.
