Here is a “sourdough” loaf, baked and sold AT WALMART.
It has ZERO grams of added sugar, less than may French baguettes in France…

@RealPostFolder American here, yes our "bread" is junk food The closest we have to actual bread is in the bakery section and even that stuff has added ingredients not found in real bread

It genuinely breaks my brain to imagine what 1400 hours of annual sunshine must be like to live in.
When going to college in Chicago, I really struggled with the seemingly endless gray of the winters. Chicago gets 2500 sunshine hours!

@H__BOS @SeHozaifa @elonmusk That's credit. It's a loan. The bank has an equal liability to the money it deposited to the loaner. Net money creation is zero. When you give out a loan to your buddy, you didn't create any money. If he doesn't pay it back? You lost it. Zero created.

Another girl recently first guessed Germany and Belgium and when I told her my home country borders both, she went "Luxembourg!", which, while not being the correct answer, completely blew me away because I had forgotten Luxembourg borders both countries too, and that it exists.

Girl asked where I'm from so, like always, I made her guess. First guess: Germany. I tell her she's incredibly close. She goes "England?" I tell her it's in between England and Germany.
She thinks for a moment and I mentally prepare myself for her to guess correctly.
