With all due respect WTF??? Not counting direct calls to Verizon support, I've made 29 calls to Asurion and when I was actually able to speak with a rep I have spent 15 to 45 minutes per call. Can I get a replacement check for the minutes wasted by your company's ineptness???

@Asurion On 06/12/2021 I initiated a warranty claim for a Galaxy Z Fold 2 which had a factory defect. I Received a replacement device & returned the defective one well within the 15 day window but then get an alert advsg I was to be charged almost 2k for not returning it on time.
