Also, this too online stereotype that only Boomers own homes is dumb. I’m not a Boomer. I own a home. Most of my neighbors aren’t Boomers.
Upwards of 70% of 30-50 year olds own their homes in the U.S.

If/When Democrats gain a trifecta in the swing states (GA, AZ, MI, PA, etc) they should start pushing for Dem gerrymanders to really push against the GOP

This appears to be the FL 13 and 14 mapped. More or less. FL-13 64% White VPAP FL-14 50% white.
FL-14 was ~R+11 actually in 2024.
