I've been testing Nami for OP16, and I think 10-cost Newgate is the worst card in the deck, it could even be correct to cut it entirely and play 0 copies. Against Rosinante, you risk it getting KO'd by Sakazuki + Lightning. Against Teach, it gets frozen by Teach blocker. Against UG Luffy, it gets frozen by Boa or rested by 4-cost Luffy. Against Enel, it’s a dead card. The only real reason to play it would be for the mirror match, which will probably become much less popular.
