@wale_dmw @Buchi_Laba Fucks sake. Yes, WE CAN pay whatever we like but it isnt sustainable until we have balanced the club. Sure there are unnecessary signings and most of them will be sold for what they were bought or more.

@HandeliLanda @Buchi_Laba We can actually pay the wages. We were signing quantities instead of quality so many unnecessary signings, the money could have covered many of these needed players wages.

It’s actually very stupid business. Chelsea were willing to pay the full value for Olise to Crystal palace but want him to join for reduced wages. Same thing happens with Maignan and Osimhen! - You’re willing to pay the selling club the money they want but you want world class players to come on Reduced wages or take a wage cuts! Who are you? What will Chelsea offer to players for them to join on Reduced Wages! It’s stupid. The owners of Chelsea are running the club like a small club. If you want world class players. You pay world class players. It’s simple like ABC.
amadí@amadoit__

Olise signed for Bayern for £50m in July, we signed Neto for £54m and João Félix for £45m in August. ‘felt finances involved beyond reach’ as they didn’t want to break their wage structure so instead they ended up overpaying for less talent. smart business, that.

@w_bravel Their squad cant handle all the games though. Starting eleven is starting to be good if Guimares is bought.

In the next two or three years, Jorrel Hato will become one of the best LBs in the world. Calafiori will tear his ACL if he tries this! 😂 Watch 👇🏾

@GoldbergCFC @_CFCBen_ It can be argued that Jorgensen did give us the platform to build from the back.

@_CFCBen_ Well considering who the backup was, yes, for no reason. I get Sánchez was poor in the previous games before the 1st leg vs PSG, but dropping Rob for Jorgensen killed the tie before the 2nd leg even came about.

Levi Colwill is our only hope if Chelsea want to qualify for the UCL next season. If he can come back and play 4 or 5 games, Chelsea will finish in the top 5. With Tosin and Badiashile, Chelsea are more likely to finish in a Europa League or Conference League position.

@w_bravel Well, the system is the same they have had before. Signing big players on big wages and not being able to offload them when they flop/dont work.

@KingLongji @Buchi_Laba Because you can only have a certain % of wages compared to revenue. Better to build the foundation to be solid first.

@HandeliLanda @Buchi_Laba How does that make sense to you? A team can consistently be in the Champion's league if they have good players. Financially, Chelsea is not saving money because they buy those players who are not good enough for very high fees and buy too many of them who can't help the team.

@MobyChe He is a poor-man's Rogers, very similar profile. Big, can hold width, can go 1 to 1 and wants to be shooting, also can shoot very well. Both footed which is a big thing. Potential is huge.

@peter_kamaras74 If the price is right he really is a no-brainer. Still think our midfield needs some physicality and legs, Anderson- type player.

Barco is a no brainer for Chelsea. He can help the team in many things — especially to create chances and break down deep blocks. Here’s why🔽🧵

For anyone thinking they'll change the model, this just proves they don't care what fans think. The BlueCoOUT side clocked this years ago. We're out here battling Brighton, which only confirms Finkelfuck's point that Chelsea won't be in for big players anymore. The price is insane for someone who might not even be at the level of Gittens, and he's nowhere near Chelsea standards. This would just be more money pissed down the drain for someone who does nothing for us right now. @ebehdad @ToddBoehlyEra
ChelsTransfer@ChelsTransfer

🇩🇪 According to German news outlet @KSTA, Chelsea are prepared to pay £38.8million to secure the services of Said El Mala, plus bonuses. They are also willing to offer the German international a 7-year contract at Stamford Bridge, with an annual salary of £4.3m. These numbers trump the previous figures that Brighton had reportedly agreed with the player’s parents, Mohammed and Sabrina. However, there is still a sense of hesitation surrounding joining Chelsea from the player and his entourage. Competition for minutes with the Blues is described as ‘fierce’, and the club’s immense depth has led to a number of young talents being loaned out to their French sister club Strasbourg previously.

It’s very simple. Rogers or Ndiaye as LW/#10 with Baleba as our O’Reilly (LB/#8). That’s your LHS revamped, while completely covering all areas of midfield too. Those are the 2 BIG priority moves to make this summer. That’s your briefed “versatile attacker” + “midfielder”.

🚨 Chelsea and Liverpool hold a concrete interest in Morgan Rogers. A summer exit may still be possible despite signing a new deal. (@JacobsBen @GiveMeSport)

People who’ve been relentlessly slagging off Trev with soon realise this seasons reality without him imo - It’ll be a lot worse. Same with Neto. (Newcastle as an example) You may not rate him but he’s one of our best CB’s & you’ll see a negative difference without him imo

With each passing day it makes more sense why Maresca chose to leave Chelsea failed to strengthen the team from a position of strength after winning the CWC but instead chose to sign the likes of Delap & Garnacho who are backup level players at best, when we should have leveraged our global appeal from that competition by signing best in class players to raise the ceiling. All Maresca wanted was a top CB especially after Colwill's injury, but the board were deluded by that CWC win thinking the squad was best placed to go one step further without his recommended signings Now Rosneior tactical approach doesn't mask flaws but instead exposes who's not good enough and the cracks now appear more than ever Why are we acting surprised and blaming Rosenior?

I love Enzo but nah he can't be coming out saying stuff like that No one is bigger than the program and if feels that he has outgrown Chelsea then we need to sanction a sale this summer I've stood by him and still love him but I only want loyal soldiers who are ready to fight through thick and thin however how long it takes
