@JonFlynnREstats Bring back manufacturing jobs and have the factories and offices built outside of cities. This will encourage houses to be built on cheaper land. Also, government needs to fuck off with all their taxes, fees and regulations.

My mom always wanted me to work at the bank. It required a high school education back then. Now they require a university education to be a basic teller using grade 6 math. It’s because the bank also profits from the student loans.

@Looney253 @1776General_ I get why you’re upset with home prices but remember many people are nearing retirement and there home is a large portion of their retirement savings… If the home prices drop drastically, downsizing to use that money shrinks and hurts retirees tremendously.

There is no wall. There never was a wall. Men want wives and female companionship. If you're an extroverted, nice, happy, and take reasonably good care of yourself, you can find love at any age.
