@valsopi Yeah, in my mind, changing the direction like that (focusing more on B2B) is one version of a pivot. But I understand that initially, it's more of a rebrand 🙂

@HannesJohnson Great to hear that Hannes 🙏 thank you! I never thought of it as a pivot, but positioning wise, it definitely is. I used to think pivots are product changes, but that's not the case at all.

And this is what I've been secretive about 🤐 blogstatic is becoming BlogMaker! ✊ The old me would have made this change ages ago, but even though I knew this change was necessary I wasn't able come up with the right name and the proper direction/positioning. Simply, nothing made sense in business terms. And for months I had rows and rows of different names. One thing I keep learning, time and again is this: —Every time I'm going through a rough patch (like I was in Aug/Sep) — I know that some change and growth is about to happen. In other words, downtimes are a signal for growth. The old me would have gotten depressed about it. Now it's more like — "Something is coming up, let's mobilize and see what good thing is about to happen!" And everything happened naturally 👌 I'm glad I gave myself the time to come to this 🙏 Sometimes it feels like I could go faster, but I wouldn't have been at ease if I had changed to some name just because it sounded "cool" without any strong reason. And this time around I actually sat down and designed the logo. Thinking about the symbol, typography, colors, and all. Something I'm trained to do. I pretty much wung it with blogstatic and it's pinkish circle 😅 In the words of the designer 😬 —"The BlogMaker logo is conceptually simple yet structurally solid, symbolizing consistency. The symbol is essentially an 'M' resting atop a base to form a 'B.' The upward-pointing outer triangles imply growth and progress, while the two triangles in the negative space subtly resemble eyes, evoking a sense of invitation."

@shl Love that you mention ‘struggling to generate fresh ideas,’ Sahil. With so much of execution automated, keeping creativity alive is key. This challenge is a big reason why we’re building @bulbyideas – to help teams break through those mental blocks and keep the ideas flowing.

With AI handling much of the execution work - writing code, generating content, creating designs - the main bottlenecks are now cognitive: getting stuck on problems, running low on energy, or struggling to generate fresh ideas

Deadpool & Wolverine Algjör snilld! Ótrúlega skemmtileg kvikmynd. Fáránlega fyndin og svakaleg action keyrsla. Endalaust af easter eggs og bröndurum sem vísuðu inn í kassann og út fyrir fjórða vegginn. Algjör afþreyingar-rússíbani af bestu gerð. 9/10

The Garfield Movie Skemmtileg og fyndin barnamynd. Meira barnamynd en fjölskyldumynd. Slatti af áberandi vörulaum (product placement). 6/10 Hvernig fannst dóttur minni myndin? "Mjög skemmtileg!"

Fly Me to the Moon Skemmtileg mynd – áhugavert twist á þessum sögulegu viðburðum. Þetta hefði getað verið kraftmeiri saga eða smá þéttari keyrsla (betra "pace"). En fínasta afþreying. 6/10

A Quiet Place: Day One Mjög spennandi/stressandi mynd. Alvöru thriller skrímslamynd. Áhugaverð saga og dramatískt ferðalag hjá tveimur ókunnugum. Ágætis viðbót í þennan Quiet Place heim. 7/10

Inside Out 2 Skemmtileg og fyndin. Frábær fjölskyldumynd. Góður boðskapur. Inside Out er í miklu uppáhaldi hjá okkur, þannig að það var mjög gaman að sjá loksins framhaldið. Hlakka til að sjá hana líka með ensku tali. 8/10 Einfaldur dómur hjá dóttur minni: "Góð"
