I’ve been in crypto for over 8 years, and I’ve never seen customer service this poor. @krakensupport is saying the funds aren’t recoverable, while other exchanges handle this automatically. I know this can be fixed with minimal effort, but they’re choosing not to.

Agents that never sleep were already a thing. What’s interesting here is agents that are always aware. Constantly scanning markets, tracking narratives, watching liquidity, remembering context and executing when conditions line up. Feels less like a bot and more like a dedicated trading desk.

Introducing Mercury, 🔵The planet of Hermes, trade, speed, communication and intelligence. Also my hackathon submission for @NousResearch A skillset of how can you use your Hermes agent for absolute quant trading and on-chain fraud detect, using the dashboard data. Mercury is written by 3 agents and me, interacting with themselves using their knowledge. Hermes is being the star here, with the subagent producing to get the real time data from onchain and generating trading strategies. Mercury works with a dashboard (currently build in my localhost, but you can create one with your Hermes agent too!) The dashboard is named "Cashflow", as you can expect, it showes the whole cashflow data of an onchain wallet, or even multiple wallets, interacting with each other. ♎️An onchain complete balance sheet! The network map is rendering with the Cashflow nodes visible. To use Mercury you just need the wallet adress, 🤖Three subagents fire in parallel and this is the beauty of Hermes: Cash Flow Analyzer : period-by-period inflow/outflow, token breakdown, top counterparties Fraud Detector : runs 6 pattern checks (dust attacks, rapid transfers, mixer interaction, address poisoning, dormant activation, high fan-out) Trading Strategy : generates trading insights from the wallet's behavior patterns Why Hermes? Hermes is becoming the on-chain culture for AI agents, Openclaw may be the first, but within the updates, being blockchain compatible is the main thing to give a specific role to an agent (with the tools, skills etc..) Plus it's secure and absolutely faster. Go try Mercury on your Hermes agent, you can also run the dashboard.

Why I’d live in Bangkok over Dubai any day of the year: I get it. Dubai has no tax, it’s warm weather, and there’s money everywhere. But it also cost me $30 and 40 minutes just to get into the city. Once you've lived in Bangkok, nowhere else makes sense. • Anything you need is within 30 minutes. • The food has more flavor than anything I've eaten in cities 3x the price. It’s salty, sweet, sour, bitter, spicy, all at once. • Zero capital gains tax on crypto. • It’s structurally built to make foreigners comfortable because 25% of its GDP depends on it. I judge a city by what my day actually looks like. Bangkok wins every time.

While 11,000 flights were cancelled and commercial airspace shut indefinitely, the ultra-wealthy drove ten-hour SUV convoys from Dubai to Riyadh and Muscat to board charter jets at $350,000 per seat to London. Read that again. The airports are cratered. The airspace is closed. The routes are NOTAMed through March. And the exit is a ten-hour drive through a warzone to a functioning runway in another country, available exclusively to those who can pay six figures for a seat on a Nextant out of Muscat at triple the normal rate. Everyone else is stranded. This is not a travel disruption story. This is the most expensive real-time stress test ever conducted on the Dubai economic model, and the results are coming in ugly. Dubai’s economy is 88% expatriate. Its GDP is built on the implicit promise that this is the safest, most connected, most accessible hub in the region. That promise held for two decades. It shattered in 72 hours. Stock trading halted. Hotel no-eviction orders issued. Real estate transactions frozen, with 60 to 80% of deals on hold. Tourism revenues across the GCC totalling $120 billion per year now face structural repricing. Here is the mechanism the market has not absorbed. The people boarding those $350,000 charters are not tourists. They are the capital. They are the family office principals, the fund managers, the UHNW residents whose presence underwrites Dubai’s entire financial ecosystem. When they leave, they do not just take their luggage. They take their deposits, their deal flow, their counterparty confidence, and their insurance on every asset denominated in the assumption that Dubai is permanent. The question is no longer whether they left. It is whether they come back. open.substack.com/pub/shanakaans…
