@Boro Southampton earned their way into the playoffs after an unbeaten second half to the season. It’s sad to see one club constantly trashing another for their own gain. What Saints did was stupid, but Boro’s true colours are on show, and it’s ugly. They lost, plain and simple.

@cpeedell The likely punishment is a huge fine for Southampton to be paid to Middlesbrough. It would be outrageous to kick them out of the playoff final as the matches have already been played, and any other team in the final would be there without merit.

@jessicaelgot Our country’s in a bit of a mess, Starmer’s made mistakes, but he must stay as Prime Minister! We’ve had SIX pm’s in 10 years and we need stability in spite of the problems. If anyone in the Labour Party thinks they can do a better job than Starmer, they’ll soon be out too!

Wow. So not only was ‘due process’ NOT followed as the Prime Minister stated in Parliament, but he deliberately ignored his own cabinet secretary’s advice to have Mandelson security cleared before announcing. Starmer lied. He has to go.

Case said (If you want a political appointment) "you should give us the name of the person you would like to appoint and we will develop a plan for them to acquire the necessary security clearances and do due diligence on any potential Conflicts of Interest or other issues of which you should be aware *before* confirming you choice" Which feels quite material .....

That's not the point here. I am not sure why you guys deflect so much. Alex Pretti had the right to carry. What he doesn't have the right to do is go to a coordinated protest against federal law enforcement and agitate and assault ICE agents while resisting arrest. That's the problem. @EWErickson Yes, I think this is likely. His jacket is pulled up in the melee and they discover he is armed, he is disarmed but the other agents are not able to see that when the P320 fires (for whatever reason). This does not change the fact that he is dead as a result of his own actions.
