Birmingham, UK is completely covered by garbage now. Most news outlets won’t tell you, but the reason is DEI. Being a garbage man is less pleasant than most jobs. So, like most dirty jobs, it was mostly done by men and paid better than other government jobs. But in DEI-crazed Britain, a judge decided that was illegal. He ruled that the city had to pay out hundreds of millions of pounds to women doing more pleasant jobs in order to fix the “discrimination” of them earning less than garbage men. Now, Birmingham is broke and trying to slash the garbage men’s pay. They decided to go on strike instead. DEI means living in a pile of garbage instead of living in reality.
