@HarryDisaOG @BoCamaro @ChristinaTippen I’ll be honest, this year has been a TRIAL. We are now teaching kids who are being raised by “no child left behind kids” and it is ROUGH. This has been the most difficult year I’ve had as a teacher. I feel like I could handle anything at this point.

I need to add one solid industrial electrician to my crew. You'll travel about 40% of the time, expenses paid, for commissioning work. The rest of the time will be in our shop building and wiring machines. This is control level work. No conduit or service work at all. This is all control panel and machine level stuff. @brentlajeunesse @paulb3rd if you have worked out consistently, for an extended period of time, with a decent diet…. you likely never see noticeable gains anymore unless gear and/or extreme diet shifts are involved. For the record, idc, just picking your brain.

I am giving creatine another try. I am about 3 weeks in. My stomach is handling 5mg okay. More than that, it's shit my pants. I honestly notice no difference with or without it. Never have. Am I the only one who feels like it basically does nothing?

Honestly, would be easy work for anyone who can handle the bullshit required to get a teaching certification.

@kurt28681 @BuckeyeNatty i didn’t understand this at all…. between 4-6 seconds, it should be an auto forward moving inbounds play and auto timeout at half court….. Then allowing someone to stop your dribble and not barrel into them to force some type of call was the icing on the cake

@LegKickNationOG if your kid is 7 and being taught anything other than basic fundamentals, hustle, and to have fun…. the coach is a moron….. that being said…. it sounds like you need to coach.

If you coach early youth baseball, and you tell kids: DON'T hit the ball in the air because they're automatic outs DON'T try to hit homeruns. DO hit balls on the ground to 3B because you'll get to 1B more often. You are legit crushing the sport. Getting kids to "want to come back tomorrow" is YOUR ONLY ROLE. My 7 year old doesn't want to go back tomorrow. I don't blame him. You failed.

I think we need to change the rules based on the double of the injury or rest Force teams to be honest on the status of the players Allow 5 rest games only to make all NBA Allow combined 10 level 3 injury games (minor could easily play) and rest Allow 15 combined level 2 (could play but risky) and level 3 injuries Unlimited level 1 injuries (out)

I know this isn’t anyone’s concern right now, but if Cade misses the cutoff and fails to qualify for All-NBA, it would be a clear sign that they need to go back to the drawing board on those rules. There is no universe where Cunningham shouldn’t be on an All-NBA team this season.

You’re saying he should be eligible for awards? 65 games is 80% of the season. If you miss 1 day of work a week, that’s the equivalent, you’re not getting employee of the month

@ChipSeagle This is a lot easier to teach in gun/zone heavy concepts when the center doesn't have an overly heavy stance. If a center is taught to put two hands and throw weight forward, this gets tough.

When people ask me why I prefer Buck to Wide Zone or Stretch, here’s what I should show them as I say, "I have coached football for over 40 years, watched 1,000s of hours of game film, and I have never coached or coached against a Center that could do this." Down blocks are easier to teach and execute. Now, if you have one of these, by all means, carry on.
