This means married women will never be able to transfer ownership to blood relatives due to different address. I need a solution on this, I have shared all possible documents including visa and marriage certificates but no solution.

I am struck with your process as I am unable to do any bank transactions or legal processes that needs otp. Service agent said transferer and transferee needs same address. I am married so how can VI expected me to have same address for blood relative.
