The woman, who recorded the incident in a viral video, repeatedly asked him about wearing the cap. She said, “You are a government employee. Why are you wearing a cap with the uniform? Is it appropriate to wear it?” During the entire conversation, the conductor remained calm. His response was that he has been wearing a cap during duty for many years, and nobody had raised any objections to it before. “You can practice your religion at home or in the mosque. But as a government employee, you should not wear a cap during duty,” the woman said.At the end of the video, the bus conductor removes his green cap. Was it a right thing to do? We also wear our religious marks like tilak or cross. But its not effecting the delivery of duty. What do you think?
