@AmazonHelp Phone won’t connect and when it does connect I get put on hold and then the phone disconnects.
Last week the staff were also very rude when I tried to explain my situation.

I was speaking to a specialist over the phone to confirm 3 items I’ve ordered over the past 12 months. The call cut off and now it’s even harder to connect to anyone.
