Fake out and Upper hand have the same priority. So which goes first comes to speed. Since sneasler is faster and did fake out, when you are trying to do upper hand, sneasler isnt going to do anything, so its failing

My friend said it seems to be failing due to being outsped and is a bug. UH says that it will go before any priority move.
