opus 4.7 itself is a good model
but anthropic ran out of compute and is now in panic mode, limiting models and usage left and right to satisfy demand
and still can't keep up
it's just terrible mismanagement

- Please bring your kid in next mini auction or 2028's mega auction as he will easily get 30-35 crores minimum at next auction.
- Your son has the brand value, people switch on their TV for him, he is the biggest match winner already at 15 & has a huge career ahead of him. Anthropic forcing pro users to buy extra usage credits to use opus is going to be the last straw for a lot of folks.

After using GPT-5.5 a bit more on Codex yes so far I can say it does feel better for coding etc
But in ChatGPT it has the same insufferable personality that I hate and I can't even get to steer it when I chat with it casually

Anthropic just pulled Claude Code from the Pro plan. Pro users wanting it need Max now. $100/month minimum. 5x jump. I'm on Max 20x so I'm fine. Flagging for anyone on Pro who's about to find out. No announcement. Just a pricing page edit.
