BREAKING: All charges against myself, my partners, and the Lodge have been officially rejected. The Grand Jury in Williamson county heard the allegations against us, and refused to authorize proposed charges. Justice has prevailed. The damage to our staff and members has been tremendous, and it is now time to rebuild. We will be putting together a kickoff event in the near future. You can argue what impact, if any, the break had on the situation, overall support online and picking up new viewers, etc. But acting like it was just 2 days is dumb.

TheQuartering sold Coffee Brand Coffee by saying that (1) he had employees making it (2) in his own industrial space (3) with his own industrial equipment (4) by a master roaster that was a family member or using a family recipe. If that's bullshit that's consumer fraud.

Quartering purchases YouTube subscribers and views. Someone on kiwi farms (return of the Mac and cheese) did math and said 85% of his views are shorts. Quartering also said multiple times he purchases views. He also has ten minute videos. He probably makes like 4k a month IF THAT

@GamingWithDaOpa @SmashJT I've seen so many creators use that site to look at their channels and channels run by others and I've never once heard any of them say that it wasn't accurate for them. So it seems pretty reliable.

@SmashJT Do you trust data from 3rd-party sites? I can only imagine how many API calls they have to make to track stats for all the YouTube channels on their lists… surely something can go wrong, get delayed, or not update perfectly sometimes.

The Quartering Social Blade isn't adding up. During a massive controversy where everyone turns against him, his sub count continues to RISE in the face of it. This is not natural. Historically, any other creators face a significant drop off (see The Completionist, Projared, etc.)

@tackettboy @Andywarski There is overwhelming evidence that he did it. What you seem to be looking for is proof which you must know is literally impossible to get unless he confesses. We are well past preponderance of the evidence, beyond clear and convincing and even doubts seem unreasonable.

He got two YouTube channels taken down because he was upset, even though he makes tons of videos calling other people out. He has flagged multiple other channels and twitter accounts. He backstabbed all his buddies and said their channels are dead. He asked his audience for money for multiple things that never came (even though he is a millionaire.) He is apparently married but hits on other women and says inappropriate things. He is massive drunk that spirals and attacks people. He is a hypocrite by being against woke mob tactics but uses them against people. He steals content… all that and more. He is also not apologizing or admitting any wrong. I believe in redemption as much as the next guy but we need to see an actual change and some remorse. If we let this guy get away with this, who’s next? I think you can pray for someone yet understand that if they do not change shit will just get worse.

It's weird b/c sometimes they do allow that setup like they did with Keemstar but a lot of times the ban follows the person on screen, not the channel owner

The Quartering got my channel Andy Warski that was unbanned 6 months ago banned as well. The channel doesn’t say terminated… it just shows “this page is not available “ @TeamYouTube - this is an attack from a YouTuber who claimed he was going to use a YouTube manager to get us flagged. Retweet everyone.

@strikexxlegend @8biteric @Andywarski @TeamYouTube Sometimes they allow banned people to "host" channels owned by others (Keemstar), but other times they don't (Mumkey Jones). It doesn't help when the line is blurred by Warski giving instructions to the "owner" of the channel.

@8biteric @Andywarski @TeamYouTube That "recenfly unbanned" part is likely the problem. The clip channel predates the unban so while it currently was in good standing for a good portion of its life, it was not. Not saying it should be banned btw, just that's probably the logic.
