I can’t resist the urge to weigh in here, given my vow before God and man to always be there to save my dear brother @ruffydfire from his self-inflicted journalistic shortcomings. What I’m about to explain is publicly available material on Google: These are not different approvals. It’s merely different stages of the same process/program. The FGN has always made it very clear that the 4 Trillion Naira approval was not final. See this news, from July 2025: ‘The figure remains subject to downward revision, pending final validation. “While there is an anticipatory approval of this ₦4 trillion bond programme, it is subject to negotiations and final settlement of agreements. Only the amounts that the federal government validly owes are the things that will make it into the [bond] issuance…”’ Link here, via @vanguardngrnews: vanguardngr.com/2025/07/tinubu… What’s different now / what has changed since then is that, according to @NigeriaGov, those audits and negotiations have now been done and a final settlement of 3.3 trillion reached. And GenCos have started signing settlement agreements. And that’s not all, a first bond has been raised (see @ARISEtv reporting from January 2026), and payments have now finally started to Gencos and Gascos—which is what yesterday’s @NGRPresident statement was all about. Will never tire of telling my dear Rufai that social media energy shouldn’t just be for commenting/trolling, it should also be for research, otherwise one risks descending from journalism to jejune-alism. You have a right to disagree with any policy, and critique it, but this right shouldn’t be based on or fueled by ignorance or by an unwillingness to do basic research. PS. And you should take time to read AriseTV news from time to time. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Mr Onanuga, kindly explain why the President will approve 4 trillion Genco bond in 2025 And Approve 3.3 trillion for the same Genco in 2026 And approve 3.3 trillion for Genco in 2024 I am expecting your answer!

Excerpt 1.0✅ This brings me to Deborah’s case in Sokoto in May 2022. What should have been done? The plain truth is: If someone commits blasphemy, the citizens are only allowed to report the matter to the authorities. Imam Al-Mawardi, the great Shafi'i jurist, said this expressly in his Al-Ahkam Al-Sultaniyyah (The Ordinances of Government). He stated categorically that the implementation of penal punishments is the exclusive domain of the sovereign ruler and his appointed judges. A qualified judge must look at the evidence, listen to witnesses, and check for mental stability or coercion. Only then can the state deliver a verdict. It is crucial to expand on this point because this is where Islam exposes every accusation of barbarism as ignorance. The evidentiary standards in classical fiqh for capital punishments are extraordinarily high. The accused may retract the statement, and this is taken into account. If there is any element of doubt, then the capital punishment collapses entirely. In fact, the burden of proof is more rigorous than most modern criminal justice systems. This is because Islam is not a mob religion pulling people into the street. It is a structured legal system with protections that took centuries of scholarly refinement to build. The people who call it barbaric are only ignorant of what Islam says. It is on this point that I state unequivocally that those who gathered tyres and matches to kill Deborah erred completely. In classical Islamic jurisprudence, what they did is called Al-Iftiyat ala Wali al-Amr, which is usurping the authority of the ruler. It creates corruption on earth, which is why the outrage from the non-Muslim community was so high. What ruling does Sharia have on them? Should they have been executed too? Yes. The great scholars of Islam are clear on this. When a group of people murders one person without legal right, the entire group faces capital punishment. We have the anchor for this in Sahih al-Bukhari. During the reign of Umar ibn al-Khattab, a group of men in the city of Sana’a conspired to murder a single boy. Umar ordered the execution of the entire group. He famously declared: لَوْ تَمَالَأَ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ صَنْعَاءَ لَقَتَلْتُهُمْ بِهِ. This means, If all the inhabitants of Sana’a had participated in it, I would have killed them all. Imam Malik recorded similar rulings in Al-Mudawwanah. The mob in Sokoto committed murder under the guise of religion, and the Sharia mandates Qisas, equal retribution, against the mob to maintain order. This is what the Sokoto State Government should have done.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, who for the last several months has heavily advocated for the ongoing war against Iran for which he insisted that President Trump did not need the permission of Congress, is now calling for a “congressional review process” for any ceasefire or peace agreement between Iran and the United States.

Infrastructure in Nigeria never makes sense to Nigerians until it’s built somewhere else. A coastal road in Nigeria is called a waste of money, but the same project in Morocco is seen as progress. An airport abroad is “world-class,” but upgrading Murtala Muhammed International Airport into a regional hub is dismissed as misplaced priority. Same ideas. Different reactions. Why are we wired to believe in development only when it’s not ours?

THE WEIGHT OF THE BEAST Government is no rocket science, you say - just an easy game, Until its burden finds your shoulders and sets your bones aflame. The loudest drums that beat for power today often echo empty claim, For when they held the cup before, Agulu poured out only beer - not flame. -------- You call leadership of a nation a task so light, so plain, Then ask the youthful hands that failed at less what wisdom they can gain. When laptops turned to rockets - lost in promise, donation in vain, And jerseys became unseen treasures - scarce, fake, yet sold with gain. ------- You cry that Akanbi is failing - yet search the field again, Among the options, what harvest grows from such a tainted grain? One bruised democracy, another sided with abusers, and the last now promoting those that causes us all pain, Yet now they seek democratic throne again, though tainted by freedom’s stain. --------- The weight of rule seems feathered when you stand outside the load, A distant hill looks level till you tread its rugged road. Any man can boast of strength and speak in thundered code, Till the elephant meets his back - and breaks him where he strode. Shall I Begin? Good Morning Severally... @thoye8

The tasks are usually simple for generalist roles. You just need to pay attention. For example, on Outlier Aether Generalist, most tasks involve: Differentiating between two pictures and making edits or giving feedback on whether the AI generated the image well. Listening to two voice notes and teaching it which is better and how to communicate more effectively with humans. So generally, if you can pay attention, it’s not that difficult, fam.

These guys will sha be rewriting history like we don't know where we are coming from and we are right now. Under GEJ, ammunition was literally shared among soldiers, a soldier can move from Location A to B with just 1 magazine or 9 bullets, it was as bad as that. Under GEJ, a CAN chairman private jet was used to procure weapons from South Africa, which was seized by the South African Govt by the way. The NSA of his administration was literally doing a financial giveaway for spiritual warfare and frivolous things. Soldiers committed a mutiny against the GOC and COAS because there was no weapon to fight Boko Haram. Under GEJ, he denied the kidnapping of Chibok girls, which later accepted they were kidnapped but was too late to rescue.

Hey Queen Bee @KingBobIIV , It’s painful I am just seeing this. You ask why Muslims never talk about our beloved Prophet died? The truth is we broadcast it. We have this documented in our two most authentic books, Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. These texts are entirely public and heavily studied. There is no secret for us to hide. The incident happened in 628 CE at Khaybar. The person who did this was Zaynab bint al-Harith. She was a prominent Jewish noblewoman of Khaybar. She had just lost her father, uncle, and husband in the battle. She had a severe motive for revenge. So, she went around interrogating his companions beforehand, asking them which cut of meat he preferred. When they told her he liked the shoulder, she loaded that specific part with a lethal toxin. If you truly understand theological history, you would know that this assassination attempt was not a random isolated event. The scriptural history of the Children of Israel is heavily marked by the persecution of messengers from God. Our Quran said this. Even your Bible documented this continuous pattern. For instance, the religious elites of the past killed prophets such Zakariyya and his son Yahya. Even in the case of Isa (Peace be upon him), who you know as Jesus, their explicit intention was to execute and humiliate him on a cross. If not for the Almighty who intervened and raised him to heaven, they would have crucified him. So when Zaynab tested Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with poison, she was following a very old, established playbook used against previous prophets. Just so you know, the poison was undeniably fatal. Another companion sitting right next to him, Bishr ibn al-Bara, swallowed a piece and dropped dead on the spot. If Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was a false prophet, biology dictates he dies right there in the dirt at Khaybar. Lethal medieval poisons do not wait. But he did not die. He spat it out because the Almighty in His wisdom revealed the plot to him. If you and your minions are not blockheads, why not ask yourselves what happened after that incident? Let me educate you and others who may want to use this playbook… The supposed "poisoned man" went on to achieve what healthy, unpoisoned emperors could not. He lived for four more years. In those four years, he marched into Mecca and conquered it. He unified the entire Arabian Peninsula. He also went after the global superpowers. In 630 CE, he led an army of 30,000 men in the Expedition of Tabuk, marching straight to the northern border to challenge the Byzantine Empire. Even the popular Scottish historian, orientalist and Anglican priest W. Montgomery Watt could not help but document this in his book "Muhammad at Medina". He documented how this massive expedition terrified the region. The Roman border forces and their allies completely withdrew. The Byzantine army refused to engage and abandoned the frontier. A supposedly dying man marched to the doorstep of Rome and broke their regional political grip without swinging a single sword, forcing northern Christian and Jewish tribes to sign treaties with him instead of Rome. Let me also call your attention to the healthy, unpoisoned leaders of that era. We had the Byzantine Emperor Heraclius and the Sassanid Persian King Khosrow II. They were exhausting their empires, losing territory, and struggling to maintain their borders. Meanwhile, this poisoned man established a state and a military machine that humiliated them and swallowed both of their empires shortly after his death. The prominent secular historian Michael Hart ranked Muhammad as number one in his book "The 100" because his unparalleled secular and religious success peaked right in this specific window, between 628 and 632 CE. You cannot survive a lethal military grade poison, conquer a continent, march on the Roman border, finalize a global faith, and then have internet trolls call your death a failure. That would be gravely ignoble.

Why doesn't the media talk about the peacekeepers killed by Israel in Lebanon? Israel deliberately killed three UN Indonesian peacekeeper and wounded others in Lebanon. Israel cannot continue to be treated as a full member of the UN. Attacking UN peacekeepers is an abomination which was in the past perpetrated by terrorists, but never by members of the UN. Some of you pretended to care what the UN had to say in 1948. Do you care that the UN of today has had more UN personnel killed in the last 2 years than in its history. This is the moment we can salvage what remains of the UN and international law. I call on everyone to unite for the sake of our humanity and to end impunity for violating international law.
